Certain procedures have to be observed by law. Matters such as the appointment of directors to your company, the filing of accounts at Companies House and the issuing of shares, all have to be done in a prescribed format, all which are arduous, time-consuming and unproductive.

We provide guidance to ensure that the rules are observed, with as little downtime for you as necessary. We will maintain the register of directors, prepare the minutes of the shareholders' meetings, provide articles and memoranda of association, hold copies of filed documents at Companies House, prepare agenda for Annual General Meetings (AGM), and AGM resolutions as required.
